Our Expectations

We expect our Instructional Designer (ID) to have a strong understanding of Adult Learning Principles and ID Methodologies such as ADDIE and Kirkpatrick. You should be able to create high-quality learning content that caters to diverse learners and their individual needs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation within our remote and classroom-based training programs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine high-quality learning content for our staff, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and alignment with approved learning objectives.
  • Design and develop training programs across all international markets, focusing on Onboarding Programs, upskilling, and Cross-Training materials.
  • Conduct thorough evaluation using an ID evaluation method, such as Kirkpatrick's, to evaluate training rollouts and identify areas of improvement.
