Customer Success Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Gratitude Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Requirements:

  • Above average to good communication skills
  • College graduate
  • Amenable to work in a dayshift schedule
  • Minimum of 6 months CCE/CSE experience
  • With 6 months BPO experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High school graduate
  • 18 years of age and above
  • Filipino citizen or hold relevant status
  • Preferably a college graduate of any course
  • Willing to start immediately
