Medical Case Manager Job Summary:

We are seeking a Medical Case Manager to oversee the coordination of medical services for crew members who require medical care while at sea or in ports of call.

This is a critical role that requires direct oversight of medical care, including collaboration with local agents and designated medical providers. The successful candidate will maintain accurate documentation on case status and communicate regularly with crew members regarding their treatment plans.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion when dealing with high-exposure cases.

In addition to coordinating medical services, the Medical Case Manager will also be responsible for preparing reports on active cases and supporting the legal team through participation in depositions and trials as needed.
