Job Overview

The Senior Contract Manager will be responsible for the review and analysis of contract documents, classification of contracts based on defined attributes, and entry of contract information into OpenText's Contract Center.

This role is primarily focused on ensuring that all contracts are properly documented and up-to-date in the system, which enables effective management and tracking of contractual obligations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, with experience working with software and technology contracts. They should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high degree of critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, logic-based thinking, strong creativity, and attention to detail.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze contract documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Classify contracts based on type and content, and enter relevant information into the Contract Center
  • Determine in-force/active contracts by validating against monthly revenue numbers
  • Assist in cross-training new Contracts Administrators on project requirements
  • Work collaboratively with Contracts Administrators to resolve questions and issues
