About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, optimization, and deployment of products and services within our organization.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless integration and alignment of initiatives with Quality Assurance, Platform Development, and CRM Campaign Development roles. You will work closely with stakeholders, including Data Science, Marketing, and Platform Tech Support teams, to define product vision, prioritize features, and drive the delivery of high-quality, customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and strategic objectives.
  2. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating communication and alignment across teams.
  3. Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, customer needs, and feedback.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Quality Assurance Engineers, Platform Developers, and CRM Campaign Developers to ensure alignment of goals and initiatives.
  5. Requirements Gathering: Elicit and document requirements from stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with product vision.
  6. Sprint Planning: Participate in sprint planning meetings, providing guidance and direction to development teams.
  7. Product Demonstration: Conduct product demonstrations to stakeholders, gathering feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
  8. Release Management: Coordinate product releases, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  9. Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization efforts.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).
  3. Experience working with data-driven products or analytics platforms.
  4. Familiarity with data pipeline management, platform development, and CRM campaign development processes.
  5. Knowledge of software development tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, Docker, Kubernetes).
  6. Previous experience in a leadership or management role.
  7. Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
