Job Title: Cloud Solutions Developer

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Solutions Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud-based solutions using Zuora's subscription management platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business processes related to subscription management, billing, and revenue recognition.
  • Configure and customize Zuora applications to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and train users on Zuora functionality and best practices.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolution or workarounds.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Zuora applications.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in developing features for enterprise-level applications.
  • Experience in working under a structured project management framework.
  • Ability to deliver work to schedule and manage workload effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
