Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Store Associate - Retail Sales to join our team at Robinsons Starmills Pampanga.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote our brand through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Assist customers by answering questions, handling returns, and resolving issues.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accuracy and prevent losses.
  • Ensure all merchandise is properly displayed, stocked, and rotated according to FIFO protocols.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize inventory levels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Requirements

  • Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in any field (college graduates preferred).
  • Minimum 6 months' experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hardworking, honest, and people-oriented with a pleasing personality and physical fitness.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Customer service orientation and positive disposition.
