We are seeking an experienced Chief Construction Project Director to lead our design and construction projects.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall delivery of the Works, serving as the key point of contact with our clients' representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conception to completion.
  • Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of the Works.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A degree in engineering and membership in a recognized professional engineering body.
  • At least 20 years of post-graduate experience in project management.
  • A proven track record of managing complex projects similar in nature and complexity.
  • Relevant regional experience and understanding of local and international design codes and regulations.
