Job DescriptionWe are seeking highly motivated and dedicated professionals to join our team as Customer Service Agents. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, requests, and concerns through various communication channels. You will provide exceptional service, resolve issues, process orders, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
- Listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving customer concerns.
- Researching systems to find missing information and coordinating with other departments to resolve issues when necessary.
- FOLLOWING OUR PROCESS AND PERFORMING ALL TASKS IN A COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER.
- Utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks.
- Accurately documenting and processing customer claims in appropriate systems.
- FOLLOWING ALL REQUIRED SCRIPTS, POLICIES, AND PROCEDURES.
- Utilizing knowledge bases and training to accurately answer customer questions.
- Complying with requirements surrounding confidential information and personal data.
- Apropriately escalating customer issues with managerial teams.
- Ensuring first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling.
- Attending meetings and training, and reviewing new training materials to stay up-to-date on changes to program knowledge, systems, and processes.
- Adhering to all attendance and work schedule requirements.
We are looking for positive, driven, and confident applicants who possess excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate must be 18 years or older, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and no BPO experience is required.
