About the Role

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage teams working on new Shopify projects and ongoing support tasks.
  • Lead cross-functional teams for new WordPress websites and updates or support.
  • Coordinate email and text marketing initiatives, driving client engagement and campaign success.
  • Supervise branding efforts from concept to execution, ensuring consistency and alignment with client goals.
  • Develop clear project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure timely high-quality outcomes.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, gathering requirements and translating them into actionable tasks.
  • Work closely with teams to ensure alignment and smooth progress throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, and marketing tools like email and SMS platforms.
