Project Leader

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Leader to manage the delivery of project scope within defined timelines and budgets. The successful candidate will have excellent coordination skills, the ability to motivate teams, and deliver tough messages professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project workplans to track milestones and ensure projects stay on pace to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including project teams, business users, ITD teams, vendors, and other key partners to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Actively manage risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and escalate proactively to address risks before they become issues.
  • Ensure alignment with ITD's Project Management Framework (PMF) and other relevant guidelines.
  • Support project administration activities, including development of project status reports, budget reports, and RAID logs.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
  • 8+ years of Project Management experience managing complex IT programs and projects related to software or IT infrastructure/network solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Technical Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of program and project management, including tools and techniques.
