Operations Engineer Job Description

This role is focused on developing and optimizing web interfaces. It requires a blend of technical expertise and an operational mindset to deliver projects that impact product growth and operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create, test, and optimize front-end interfaces, including Product Detail Pages, dashboards, and internal tools.
  • Incorporate front-end solutions with APIs, databases, and automation tools.
  • Liberate critical initiatives from leads and portfolio companies.
  • Lead AI implementations and experimentation using OpenAI, MidJourney, Zapier, Airtable, etc.
  • Analyze data and present insights as actionable recommendations.
  • Transform and clean-up data using SQL and Python.
  • Conduct usability testing and create website mockups.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in front-end development and design (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern frameworks).
  • Strong UI/UX sensibility with intuitive and responsive designs.
  • Comfort integrating front-end applications with APIs, databases, and automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with AI tools like OpenAI, MidJourney, Zapier, Airtable, etc.
  • Familiarity with SQL in accessing and modifying databases.
  • Proficiency in data visualization using Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or D3.js and Chart.js.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and handle multiple projects effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.
