Key Responsibilities:
• Review and verify purchase orders, invoices, and billing statements for accurate documentation prior to payment.
• Assist in preparing work-in-progress inventory and conducting regular checks on raw materials, merchandise, and finished goods inventories.
• Conduct payroll checks and assist in the preparation of BIR reports.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions, loan subsidiaries, and accounting records.
• Provide support with other accounting duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager.
