Your Responsibilities

- Collaborate with our training team to keep agents at the top of their game with targeted coaching.
- Offer ongoing mentorship and guidance to help agents grow in their role.
- Work closely with the operations team to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Contribute fresh ideas and innovative solutions to make processes more efficient and client-friendly.
- Align quality assurance efforts with client-specific needs to deliver the best possible experience.
- Maintain fair and consistent quality standards across the team, ensuring adherence to internal policies.
- Ensure that all team members have a clear understanding of quality expectations and are equipped to meet them.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is a plus, but we value experience too.
- At least 1-2 years in a Quality Assurance role, ideally in a BPO setting.
- A strong grasp of BPO operations and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring excellence.
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—with a knack for giving constructive feedback.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative and proactive—you're a team player who takes initiative.
- A problem-solver who loves digging into data and finding solutions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Able to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
