Position Summary:
As a seasoned hotel professional, you will be responsible for the overall strategy and direction of our hotel operations, ensuring that we deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive business results.

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve employee satisfaction and engagement goals.
  • Create a positive work environment for all employees and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Develop employees to maximize their potential and prepare for future promotional opportunities.
  • Orient and train qualified employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Conduct effective employee meetings and counseling sessions to address performance and development needs.
  • Determine, communicate, and monitor achievement of performance standards on a timely basis.
  • Meet with customers to understand their needs and preferences and work with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
  • Ensure the attainment of occupancy, average transient rate, and revenue targets to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement rate structures to maintain forecasted average rates and drive room yield.
  • Enhance customer service quality to differentiate us from our competitors and drive customer loyalty.
  • Act on guest concerns immediately and ensure that all employees are equipped to handle customer complaints.
  • Encourage front-line employees to be proactive in addressing customer needs and concerns.

Requirements:
  • College degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a first-class hotel, with a minimum of 8 years in a management position.
