Taxation Expertise Required

A highly skilled and knowledgeable Tax Specialist is sought to provide expert taxation services, including tax preparation, consulting, and representation before the IRS. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of U.S. tax laws and codes, particularly for individuals and small businesses.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate and timely tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
  • Advise clients on tax planning, compliance, and structuring strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
  • Represent clients before the IRS in audits, appeals, and collection cases.
  • Evaluate and respond to IRS notices and handle tax controversy matters effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of U.S. tax laws, IRS updates, and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Enrolled Agent (EA) certification with current IRS credentials.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in U.S. tax preparation and consulting.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in tax software and tools.

Key qualifications include expertise in tax software, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
