Financial Associate Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and supporting schedules in accordance with the monthly close schedule.
  • Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Analyse revenue, payroll, and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare monthly account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding any issues or concerns encountered.
  • Perform other projects as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
  • CPA certification is an advantage but not necessary.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in general accounting is required.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting software (ERPs) is essential.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and email platforms.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organised individual who can work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel and/or be assigned at the client's office location.
  • Strong email and business communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
  • Amenable to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to start ASAP is preferred.
