Job Summary:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the smooth functioning of our daily business operations. Your responsibilities will include email and calendar management, document preparation, file organization, and coordination with various teams.

  • Performing general administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and appointment scheduling
  • Managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and organizing virtual appointments across departments
  • Drafting, proofreading, and preparing reports, notices, and internal documents
  • Responding to internal emails and handling client inquiries or forwarding them to appropriate parties
  • Maintaining accurate digital records and organizing files within cloud storage systems
  • Supporting operational and property management teams in task follow-ups and project tracking
  • Assisting with creating and maintaining standard operating procedures and internal training documentation
  • Inputting data into customer relationship management platforms
Requirements:

We require a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1-2 years of administrative experience. Prior experience in real estate, property management, or customer service is highly valued. Key skills include excellent verbal and written English communication, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, high attention to detail, tech-savviness, and customer service orientation.
