Financial Transaction Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
The Financial Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all Accounts Payable transactions. This includes preparing vouchers for payment, recording transactions in the JV file, and verifying that all documents bear the proper approvals and correct supporting attachments. The coordinator will also be responsible for accurately recording all liquidation reports and assisting the CFO with the preparation of schedules and analysis of Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and related accounts. Additionally, the coordinator will perform accounts reconciliation and regular entry of all financial transactions in the database.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in accounting and finance, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.
