Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Riviera Golf Club, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the Club.

1. Train and Supervise Staff: Provide guidance and training to housekeeping staff on cleaning and maintenance procedures, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
2. Conduct Daily Inspections: Regularly inspect rooms, common areas, and facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with cleanliness and hygiene standards.
3. Establish and Enforce Standards: Develop and implement cleaning and maintenance protocols, educating staff on the importance of maintaining a clean and safe environment.
4. Manage Cleaning Supplies: Oversee the inventory and replenishment of cleaning products, ensuring adequate stock levels to meet the needs of the Club.
5. Respond to Customer Complaints: Address customer concerns and special requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring exceptional customer service.
6. Participate in Large Cleaning Projects: Collaborate with the team to undertake large-scale cleaning projects, ensuring the Club's facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
7. Ensure Compliance with Safety and Sanitation Policies: Monitor and enforce adherence to safety and sanitation policies, ensuring the well-being of staff and members.
