Implementation and Automation Specialist

About This Position

This critical role involves implementing and administering software designed to automate back office needs across various business units, driving operational excellence and efficiency.

  • Collaborate in the implementation of a central repository based on ApplicationXtender to be integrated organization wide, enabling seamless data management and collaboration.
  • Identify and apply electronic signature solutions via DocuSign within various parts of the business, ensuring secure and efficient document processing.
  • Identify and configure Capture solutions that utilize OCR technology to extract data from documents, automating data entry and minimizing manual errors.
  • Automate new and existing business processes utilizing Robot Process Automation technology, freeing up staff for more strategic tasks.
  • Provide quick and consistent diagnoses and resolutions to identified problems within each ECM component, ensuring maximum system availability and minimal downtime.
  • Gather an in-depth understanding of business processes and document to assist in solution architecture, ensuring effective integration with existing systems.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Automation Anywhere or any RPA tool
  • Exposure to Application Xtender, DocuSign, Capture solution, SharePoint would be beneficial
