  • Team Collaboration: Utilize collaboration tools and coordinate cross-functionally for content alignment. Foster internal collaborations, attend team meetings, and share progress with stakeholders. Seek feedback and participate in brainstorming sessions for content innovation.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in multimedia digital content creation and delivery.
  • Experience in writing customer-centered product instructional content for diverse audiences.
  • Technical expertise in CSS, HTML, and other relevant technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and task prioritization.
  • Ability to understand customer needs, seek feedback, and apply learnings.
