Azure Infrastructure Management
  • Designing and implementing Azure virtual machines, virtual networks, storage, and other infrastructure components.
  • Architecting Microsoft Azure Solutions across multiple platforms.
  • Implementing and maintaining a multisite Active Directory.
  • Maintaining workstations via Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
Security and Compliance
  • Monitoring Azure resources for security vulnerabilities and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Implementing and managing Azure security features, including firewalls, identity and access management, and encryption.
Performance Optimization
  • Monitoring Azure resources and optimizing performance through scaling, load balancing, and resource allocation adjustments.
  • Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and network latency issues.
Backup and Disaster Recovery
  • Setting up and managing Azure Backup and Azure Site Recovery solutions to ensure data protection and business continuity.
  • Testing and documenting disaster recovery plans and conducting regular drills.
Monitoring and Troubleshooting
  • Configuring Azure Monitor and Azure Log Analytics to proactively monitor system health and diagnose issues.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving Azure-related incidents, collaborating with cross-functional teams when necessary.
  • Leading troubleshooting efforts related to network, server, and connection issues.
Automation and Scripting
  • Developing and maintaining automation scripts (PowerShell, ARM templates, etc.) to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Implementing Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD workflows.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for Azure infrastructure, procedures, and best practices.
  • Sharing knowledge with team members and assisting in their professional development.

To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) and proven experience as an Azure System Administrator or similar role.
