About the Role

This full-time position is located in Ortigas, Pasig, with a hybrid schedule of 9 am to 6 pm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing websites for accuracy, consistency, and alignment while identifying opportunities to enhance overall site quality.

You will update and create sites using Adobe Experience Manager, a leading content management system. Additionally, you will document web processes and guidelines, providing project and task management support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Website QA: Reviewing sites for accuracy, consistency, and alignment, while looking for opportunities to improve site quality overall.
  • Web Authoring: Update and create sites using the content management system (Adobe Experience Manager).
  • Documentation: Document web processes and guidelines; project and task management support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with 3-5 years of experience working in a digital, web production support or technical role. You should have extensive MS Office skills, particularly MS Word and Excel, and demonstrated experience working with a CMS, including content creation and publication. AEM experience is a significant advantage.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience on QA website processes.
  • Extensive MS Office skills, particularly MS Word and Excel.
  • Demonstrated experience working with a CMS, including content creation and publication (AEM experience a huge plus).
  • Basic understanding of online marketing.
  • Experience with cross-browser testing and testing methodologies.
  • Understanding of basic web design processes; experience with Adobe products desired.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working with limited supervision and across multiple time-zones.
  • Approachable, confident with a positive personality.
  • Analytical with excellent problem-solving ability.
  • Able to recognize a customer's perspective on related issues and communicate effectively.
  • Able to translate technical issues into business language for status updates.
  • A collaborative worker and team player.
  • Able to follow through, complete tasks, and work to support others to complete their tasks within tight time limitations.

The estimated salary for this position is PHP 45,000 - 65,000 per month, depending on your qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for growth and development.
