The IT Risk Management Senior Analyst plays a pivotal role in the company's information security risk management processes. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to identify, analyze, mitigate, and manage information security risks across the enterprise.

This is a second-shift role with working hours from approximately 4pm-12am PHT, offering some flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive information security risk assessments to identify potential threats and ensure they are consistently treated and managed via the risk management process.
  • Evaluate risks using qualitative and quantitative risk analysis methods, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Support IT and business leads in developing risk mitigation and treatment plans, ensuring effective alignment with organizational goals.
  • Maintain and manage the cybersecurity risk register and associated tools used for risk and governance activities.
  • Perform regular reviews of open risks to track mitigation progress and risk reduction, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement internal processes to enhance, streamline, or automate risk and governance activities, ensuring seamless integration with the company's risk framework, policies, and standards.
  • Design and maintain risk metrics (e.g., KPIs and KRIs) to effectively manage risks within the company's risk appetite and tolerance.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate risk insights to IT and business executive leadership, presenting complex information in an accessible manner.
  • Assist in creating and managing information security governance documents, including policies, standards, and guidelines, to promote a culture of compliance.
  • Promote employee awareness and understanding of information security requirements, tracking and managing non-compliance through the policy exception process.
  • Foster strong relationships with IT and business teams to identify risks and ensure adherence to company policies.
