Editorial Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the post-production of video content, including editing and delivering high-quality visuals that meet brand standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Research trends in digital and social content to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
    • Contribute creative direction on briefs, bringing deep expertise in video production.
    • Own the post-production pipeline from ingest to final delivery, collaborating with teams along the way.
    • Produce engaging short-form videos that stand out, crafting compelling stories from raw footage.
    • Edit and deliver high-quality content optimized for various digital channels.
    • Continuously raise the creative bar through innovative visual storytelling and editing techniques.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience creating high-quality content preferably with any on-set experience.
  • Good understanding of Digital Marketing, multimedia assets and exporting for multiple channels.
  • Proven ability to create high-impact short-form video content, with a strong showreel showcasing storytelling and editing skills.
  • Deep proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud tools (After Effects a plus).
  • Excellent understanding of content specs, exports, and best practices across digital and social platforms.
  • Strong grasp of narrative structure, pacing, and emotional storytelling.
  • Highly organized, with excellent file management and version control habits.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, adapt quickly to feedback, and deliver exceptional work under tight deadlines.
