Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Manager to support our insurance operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process and complete insurance applications and Acord forms accurately and efficiently.
  • Submit quote requests to underwriters via email and track responses in a timely manner.
  • Obtain quotes from online insurance portals and prepare comparative proposals that meet client needs.
  • Communicate effectively with underwriters and clients to ensure smooth processing of applications.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation of all submissions and quotes for easy reference.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in insurance, underwriting support, or account management is preferred.
    • Proficiency with Acord forms and insurance quoting portals is essential.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
    • Detailed-oriented individuals with excellent organizational skills will thrive in this role.
