As a Customer Success Coach, you will play a critical role in facilitating an in-person onboarding process for driver partners associated with Uber's platform.

Key responsibilities include providing virtual/call/face-to-face support to driver partners during the onboarding process, assisting with Ops initiatives, and working closely with Team Lead to highlight common ticket types/issues.
