Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the implementation of the ISM Code across all maritime operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive safety management systems, including policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Facilitate training and awareness programs for staff on ISM Code and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and implementation of safety measures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as maritime studies, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior role within the maritime industry, preferably in a safety management capacity.
  • Proven track record of ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and safety standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
