Job Overview

We are hiring a Graphic Designer who can create modern, strategic visual content for various platforms. You will work closely with our team to design images, thumbnails, banners, social templates, and branding materials that drive performance, attention, and traffic.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing social media posts, banners, Pinterest pins, and short-form video overlays
  • Creating blog cover images, product images, eBook covers, and lead magnets
  • Supporting our YouTube team with thumbnail designs and visual branding
  • Assisting in PR campaign visuals (feature images, infographics, profile kits)
  • Maintaining branded design templates and style consistency across platforms
  • Participating in creative meetings and executing fast-turnaround requests

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in design or a strong portfolio
  • Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • A strong sense of layout, typography, and color balance
  • The ability to follow visual briefs and adapt to brand guidelines
  • Detailed-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working remotely
  • Minimum: 8GB RAM, i5 processor or M1 Mac equivalent
  • Canva Pro or Adobe Suite access installed
  • A mobile phone used for check-ins, task updates, and file review; must be stable and interruption-free
