Job Description

This role is responsible for managing event registration processes, providing essential administrative support, and ensuring seamless event execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Event Registration & Ticketing Systems: Oversee the entire event registration process, including student clearances, database management, and ticketing systems to ensure accurate and timely registrations.
  2. Respond to Parent and Attendee Inquiries: Serve as the primary point of contact for parent inquiries, providing timely, professional, and clear responses to event-related questions and concerns.
  3. Provide Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and event coordination to streamline the event management process.
  4. Support Event Day Operations: Aid in event day setup, including registration areas, check-ins, and attendee assistance, ensuring smooth operations on the day of the event.
  5. Data and Budget Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate event-related data and feedback, preparing post-event evaluations and reports to inform future event planning. Monitor and track event budgets.
  6. Provide Internal Support: Support internal teams with communication and coordination to ensure all event preparations and tasks are executed efficiently.
  7. Prepare Event-Specific Reports: Prepare detailed reports for each event, including parent inquiries, feedback from parents, registration status (both registered and onsite), and any key observations for evaluation and improvement.
  8. Assist with Additional Administrative Tasks as Needed: Take on special projects or other responsibilities as delegated by the Events and Production Head, contributing to broader team goals.
