Job Description:
As a Digital Finance Transformation Specialist, you will support project delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes within time and budget constraints. Your responsibilities will include solution design, blueprinting, data modeling, and proof-of-concept development. You will drive client interactions, facilitating workshops and presenting insights to stakeholders during management reviews and steering committee meetings. Additionally, you will contribute across various aspects of finance transformation by assessing project deliverables and identifying optimal client solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need a solid educational background – Postgraduate (M.B.A. from a top-tier B-school), C.A., or C.P.A.. You should have 4-8 years of experience in Finance and Accounts, with expertise in enterprise finance processes and operating models. Hands-on experience in finance transformation projects is essential, focusing on areas such as organization structure, accounts payable/accounts receivable, financial close, asset accounting, general ledger, chart of accounts, taxation, treasury, intercompany transactions, and cash management. Experience implementing and consulting on finance technology solutions is also required. Familiarity with ERP tools like SAP, Oracle, and system integration projects is beneficial.
