As a Knowledge Base Writer, you will play a vital role in creating and updating informative articles for our customers and support team. We provide comprehensive training on our processes and technical writing best practices. Your experience in customer support and understanding of escalation workflows are valuable assets in this role.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Customer support or help desk experience
  • Strong understanding of escalation processes and ticket workflows
  • Able to communicate clearly in English (perfect grammar not required)
  • Patient and detail-oriented individual
  • Eager to learn and improve writing skills
  • Comfortable asking questions when clarification is needed

Your responsibilities as a Knowledge Base Writer include:

  • Updating existing documentation based on process changes
  • Documenting escalation procedures learned from the team
  • Helping to simplify complex processes into easy-to-follow steps
  • FOLLOWING DOCUMENTATION STANDARDS AND FORMATS PROVIDED BY THE TEAM
  • Reviewing and improving existing articles

  • Consistently meet quality standards
  • No current disciplinary warnings
  • Good attendance record
  • Flexibility to work from any location

  • Knowledge of documentation software like Confluence, Zendesk Guide, or similar
  • Effective research skills to gather information from various sources
