Customer Success Manager - A Key Role in Business Growth

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, championing their needs and providing innovative solutions.
Our ideal candidate has prior experience with Contact Center technology, either as a provider or in operations, and a proven track record of building strong customer relationships with IT and business executive stakeholders. They are skilled in verbal and written communications, strategic planning, and project management, with the ability to adapt conversations for technical and non-technical audiences.
The position requires direct and verifiable enterprise-level customer success, consulting, or account management experience for a SaaS company, along with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management.
Job Description:
- Align customers' business goals with current and future product capabilities.
- Encourage customers to utilize new features that drive business forward.
- Provide insights and relay customer feedback to internal teams.
- Evaluate churn and downsell risk for each customer.
- Develop plans to ensure successful adoption of our platform.
- Conduct regular cadences and reviews to maximize customer value.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience with Contact Center technology.
- Direct and verifiable enterprise-level customer success experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management.
- Strong skills in verbal and written communications, strategic planning, and project management.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.
