We are seeking a skilled Technical Investigator to join our team at EMS Services Philippines Inc. in Laguna Technopark. As a Technical Investigator, you will be responsible for conducting failure analysis and troubleshooting on equipment and products.

The ideal candidate will have a background in technical courses and experience in inventory management. You will work closely with other departments to ensure timely and efficient resolution of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct failure analysis and troubleshooting on equipment and products
  • Develop and implement procedures for equipment testing and maintenance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
  • Implement inventory management processes to optimize stock levels and reduce waste

Requirements:

  • Graduate of technical course
  • Experience in inventory management
  • Basic knowledge of operation of failure analysis process and equipment
  • Computer literate (window-based programs)
