We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support our growing business. This role involves handling a mix of marketing and campaign management tasks, including managing cold email and call campaigns, maintaining and optimizing HubSpot sequences, creating, scheduling, and posting content on various social media platforms, designing graphics and ads in Canva, and tracking campaign performance.
Job Responsibilities- Manage cold email and call campaigns to effectively reach target audiences.
- Maintain and optimize HubSpot sequences to streamline workflow and improve results.
- Create, schedule, and post content on Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Design graphics and ads using Canva to enhance visual appeal.
- Track campaign performance and prepare nightly/weekly KPI reports to inform data-driven decisions.
- Experience in managing cold emails and campaigns is essential.
- HubSpot and Canva experience is required.
- Social posting experience on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook is necessary.
- Ability to track campaign performance and prepare reports is crucial.
