As an Accounts Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing, recording, verifying, analyzing and reporting accounts payable/receivable transactions. You will also pay vendor invoices and receive and post customer payments in a timely manner.

Maintaining and reconciling accounts payable/receivable ledger accounts, financial statements and reports is a crucial part of this role. You will need to ensure that transaction entry verification procedures are followed and identify any discrepancies or issues. Additionally, you may be required to prepare and deliver low-volume customer billing and respond to resulting queries.

We are looking for someone with prior relevant training or related work experience. A working knowledge and skills in Oracle, MS Office, Word and Excel are essential for this role. If you have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance and at least 1 year of working experience in accounts payable/receivable transactions, we would like to hear from you.

Able to follow set instructions and processes to complete work and identify problems and assess each using standard procedures and make sound decisions. Detail-oriented, with good problem-solving skills and excellent English communications skills are essential for success in this role.

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance
  • At least 1 year of working experience in accounts payable/receivable transactions
  • Proficiency in Oracle, MS Office, Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of accounting and related principles and standards
  • Detail-oriented, with good problem-solving skills
  • Good to Excellent English communications skills
