About Us

We are seeking a creative expert to develop and execute high-impact design solutions across our marketing divisions, targeting enterprise professionals in the UK.

You will work across various tools to execute prospect-facing design tasks, including social media ads, display ads, email graphics, event banners, landing page imagery, and promo videos. You will manage the end-to-end briefing process, collecting requests from the growth team, prioritizing, and ensuring high-quality delivery which meets required deadlines.

As a creative expert, you will be responsible for maintaining and consistently using our brand identity across the business, ensuring all outgoing and customer-facing creative is aligned to our visual guidelines (a document which already exists).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design creative assets for marketing campaigns, including social media ads, display ads, email graphics, event banners, landing page imagery, and promo videos
  • Work within established brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all channels while injecting fresh creativity
  • Adapt visuals for various platforms and formats, ensuring optimal performance and readability
  • Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and other designers to align visuals with campaign goals
  • Manage multiple fast-moving projects with tight deadlines, from concept to final delivery
  • Stay updated on design trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a marketing designer, graphic designer, or similar role
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Must have animation creation and video editing skills
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and creative requirements for each
  • Experience working with website graphics and design in a B2B environment
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Keen analytical mind, and able to optimize design for performance using data-driven insights
