Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Brand Manager to join our team in San Juan City, Metro Manila. As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of our personal and homecare product lines. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for professional development and growth within our progressive organization.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand visibility and grow market share
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging marketing campaigns and content that resonate with our target audience
  3. Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform brand positioning and decision-making
  4. Coordinate the execution of promotional activities, events, and product launches
  5. Contribute to the development of product packaging, labeling, and other brand assets
  6. Measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement
  7. Support the Brand Manager in day-to-day brand management responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in brand management or marketing within the personal/homecare product industry
  • Strong understanding of brand-building principles and best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficient in creating and executing marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Creativity and a keen eye for design to contribute to the development of brand assets
  • Familiarity with market research, consumer insights, and industry trends
