Job Description

As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for supporting our Accounting & Finance department with daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
  2. Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile transactions.
  3. Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  4. Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
  5. Support inventory accounting and cost control processes.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  7. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding billing and payments.
  8. Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
