Visual Storyteller

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in eCommerce or performance marketing. They should have a strong portfolio of high-converting ad creatives and proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design static and animated ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Display, and YouTube thumbnails.
- Create eye-catching visuals with strong hooks, CTAs, and eCommerce product presentation.
- Design graphics, headers, icons, and illustrations to support high-converting funnels and landing pages.
- Elevate brand identity through fresh and creative concepts while adapting designs for various placements and formats.
- Interpret ad performance data to tweak creatives for better CTR, ROAS, and engagement.
- Pitch original creative concepts and hooks during brainstorms.
- Collaborate with video editors, funnel designers, and media buyers to deliver cohesive ad campaigns.
Requirements:
- Strong Portfolio: Proven track record of delivering high-performing ad creatives.
- Proficiency in Creative Tools: Experience with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Marketing Principles: Understanding of direct-response marketing principles including hooks, CTA hierarchy, and conversion design.
- Communication Skills: Clear English communication for remote collaboration.
- Organization and Time Management: Ability to handle multiple fast-moving projects.
