Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and produce high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with overall marketing objectives.
  • Develop and manage content calendars to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize content strategies.
  • Engage with followers through various social media channels, fostering meaningful relationships and driving brand loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform changes.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for content creation and campaign development.
  • Contribute to the development of social media reports and presentations to showcase content performance and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Mastery of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Google My Business.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools, like Hootsuite and HubSpot.
