The primary role of a Project Coordinator involves coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors via email channel. Tasks can range from simple (i.e., project assessment or approval and high-level troubleshooting of issues) to complex tasks (multi-stakeholder coordination, complex troubleshooting of issues with exposure to various Localization tools).

Requirements

  • SHS Graduate or completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects.">
  • Open to those with no BPO experience and freshers.">
  • Preferably at least 6 months of BPO voice experience.">
  • Project Coordinator/management experience is preferred but not required.">
  • Must have good communication skills.">
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Taguig City.">
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule.">
