Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to lead our design and construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of building plans, 3D presentations, and contract documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and draft building plans, 3D presentations, and other related documents
  • Prepare bills of materials, specifications, and contract documents
  • Manage and coordinate draftsman and designing engineer associates
  • Monitor and assist with building permit applications and project permits
  • Oversee and coordinate with contractors and construction crews
  • Visit work sites to ensure proper implementation of plans
  • Prepare RFI documents, site inspection reports, and field orders
  • Conduct site construction quality checks and monitoring
  • Review and procure materials and equipment
  • Budget and schedule management

Requirements

  • Licensed architect or BS Architecture degree holder (under board)
  • At least 5 years working experience in architectural design and site construction
  • Knowledgeable in building codes and proficient in CAD 2d and 3d, Revit, BIM, Sketchup, Lumion, Vray, Photoshop, Word, Excel
  • Good analytical problem-solving skills and communication skills
  • Well-versed in architectural planning from conceptualization to implementation
  • Knowledge in mechanical, electrical, structural, plumbing, and ECE disciplines
  • Team leadership and good written and verbal communication skills
