Job Title

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Full Stack Software Engineer to assist with the migration of an existing database system to a cloud-based platform, with frontend integration in React.

Key Responsibilities
  • Migrate legacy database systems to cloud-based platforms by breaking down complex tasks into smaller, manageable pieces and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Collaborate in transitioning the existing interface to a modern front end, using cutting-edge technologies to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Maintain clean, well-documented, and scalable code, ensuring that all solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Ensure smooth integration between the backend and frontend by communicating effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • Troubleshoot issues during the migration process and optimize performance by analyzing complex problems, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Communicate progress and updates regularly with the project lead, providing timely and accurate information to facilitate informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Access SQL, including knowledge of SQL syntax, query optimization, and database design principles.
  • Experience with Azure SQL for cloud-based database development, including familiarity with Azure services and features.
  • Strong knowledge of React, HTML, and CSS, including proficiency in building dynamic user interfaces and responsive web applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high levels of productivity.
  • Good communication skills, particularly in remote work environments, including the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
