Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat. You will also work closely with the Tier 1 Support team to assist with escalated issues and provide feedback to the Product and Development teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer support and excellent communication skills. They will be able to effectively communicate technical information to customers and provide solutions to complex problems.

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility and adaptability. The successful candidate will be available to work a rotating shift schedule, including weekends, and will be required to participate in regular training and development opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Customer Support Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Windows and Mac OS, as well as multiple integration paths.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
