Are you a wordsmith with a knack for crafting compelling messages? We are seeking an experienced Copywriter to join our team in writing high-quality, personalized cold emails for outbound campaigns.

As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for researching and personalizing email openers and brief highlight reels that showcase the candidate's top metrics, wins, and relevant experience.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written English skills, with a natural, human tone. You will also be detail-oriented, fast-paced, and comfortable working towards clear daily and weekly targets while maintaining high quality.

Responsibilities include:

  • Writing 60-90 personalized cold emails per day, based on LinkedIn profiles
  • Ensuring every opener is authentic, conversational, and tailored to the recipient
  • Maintaining an 8-hour workday workflow, balancing speed and quality
  • Collaborating with the outreach team to refine messaging that drives responses
  • Continuously improving performance by learning from reply-rate data and team feedback

Requirements include:

  • Excellent written English with a natural, human tone
  • Detail-oriented and fast without cutting corners
  • Enjoying writing that drives measurable results (reply rates and interviews)
  • Comfortable working toward clear daily and weekly targets while maintaining high quality
  • Understanding what makes an email worth replying to (SDR, sales, or cold outreach experience a big plus)
  • Willing to work during US business hours
