Infrastructure and Property Development Opportunities

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil & Construction Engineer to support infrastructure, property development, and construction clients in Australia and New Zealand.

This is a full-time role requiring reliable internet, a suitable laptop/desktop, a quiet workspace, and quality microphone or headset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver design calculations and drawings for various projects
  • Oversee site coordination and ensure compliance with Australian and New Zealand codes and standards (AS 1170, AS/NZS 7000, NCC)
  • Produce feasibility studies and technical reports across multiple assignments
  • Collaborate with construction firms, property developers, and local authorities across the ANZ region
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in civil, property, or construction engineering roles
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM platforms (Revit or MicroStation), and project scheduling tools like MS Project or Primavera P6
  • Solid understanding of Australian and New Zealand codes and standards, plus WHS and environmental compliance
  • Experience preparing feasibility studies, cost estimates, and technical reports for residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
