About the Job

Vishay Philippines Inc. is hiring a Senior Cost Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the cost controlling manager and operations team in various aspects of cost analysis, financial reporting, and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support in the approval process of MR/PR, Spending & Financial reporting analysis, fixed assets & ROI report, and Die free package costing.
  2. Conduct regular physical inventory of products/raw materials, budgeting and forecasting, and liaison with internal and external auditors.
  3. Prepare reports containing factors that affect cost or profit of goods and services.
  4. Maintain documentation of data and statistical arrangements in cost analysis.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in costing and/or accounting.
  • SAP (FI/CO) and TM1 experience preferred, proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience in cost analysis or financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
