Synthetic Materials Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Expert to join our team at Sydenham Laboratories Inc. As a Product Development Expert, you will play a critical role in the development of new synthetic materials and products.

• This is a full-time position requiring a Bachelor's/College Degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry or equivalent.
• The ideal candidate should have experience in pharmaceutical product development but fresh graduates with relevant skills are also welcome to apply.
• A background in Process Validation and knowledge of Problem Solving Analysis and risk assessment tools are advantages.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum

1. To scale up new products from laboratory batches into commercial production, identifying and mitigating any potential issues.
2. To conduct process characterization, monitoring and optimizing processes to ensure consistency and quality.
3. To develop and implement process validation protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
4. To lead and manage the development of new products, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring products to market.
5. To identify and address problems raised by other departments, using analytical tools such as Fishbone Diagrams and Pareto Analysis.
